PRODUCTION  

All orders are made-to-order. Due to our order capacity, all orders require about 1 week's processing time. This does not include shipping time. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped through USPS Priority or First Class, quantity and size depending. You will be sent tracking numbers when the order ships. Depending on the orders destination, orders will deliver between 1-5 business days. Contact us if you have any concerns on shipping or need to order expedited shipping. 

RUSH ORDERS

We are glad to offer rush order options for all of our customers. When placing your order, you will be prompted with a customization form. This form includes a rush order option. ALL rush orders will be charged an additional fee. Customers will be billed after the rush order date is confirmed and accepted by Marie. 

By submitting a rush order within our customization form, this is an application not a guarantee. Next business day rush orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Our rush order charges are estimated through the format below: 

Next Business Day: 50% of order total

2 Business Days: 40% of order total

3 Business Days: 30% of order total

4 BUSINESS DAYS: 20% of order total

5 BUSINESS DAYS: 10% of order total
